Jibe! organized the office opening for the new Workday office in Amsterdam in October 2014. The reception was held at the office of Workday in the ITO-tower in Amsterdam. Jibe! was responsible for the overall project management including registrations, signage, catering, technical production, design and entertainment. All in cooperation with the office manager. As the office was still empty at the time of the opening party, the biggest challenge was to facilitate all necessary items to host an event. Blue carpet was put in for the occasion, a DJ booth was put in place and a complete catering kitchen and bar were created. To top it off some true Workday eye catchers were used. As single point of contact for the office manager responsible for this event, we minimized the impact this event had on her workload. In addition, by taking care of the onsite management during the office opening we made sure that everyone Workday employee could fully enjoy this gathering of clients, partners and employees without any worries about the organization of the event itself.
