In March Jibe! Group assisted during the ASIS Conference at the WTC in Rotterdam. This EMEA customer event welcomed approximately 500 people.

In addition to Jibe! Group organising many events ourselves, we also offer on-site support at events that are not organised by Jibe! Group. For the ASIS Conference we were responsible for the coordination of the break-out rooms. We made sure that the right speakers were present at the right places and that the screens, the sound system and the slides for the presentations were working. With our years of experience we can easily step in and take responsibility for these small but important tasks, ensuring our client could focus on other event management tasks.
