MuleSoft - Summit Amsterdam

Finding a unique venue that matches all wishes

In February we were contacted by MuleSoft. MuleSoft is a software company headquartered in San Francisco, California, that provides integration software for connecting applications, data and devices. They asked us to create a proposal for the organisation of their summit in May for over 400 partners and clients in a modern venue, with many break-out rooms, in Amsterdam. A challenge we gladly accepted!

After searching for suitable venues, we visited two of them together with MuleSoft. When we walked into the brand new Amsterdome venue, we instantly felt the same way: this was the right venue for the event. Amsterdome is not only an iconic piece of architecture, it has an interior that is almost entirely made of recycled materials, which makes it the first circular event venue of the Netherlands. The plenary room together with the 16 (!) breakout rooms, gave us the opportunity to plan extra sessions and workshops.
