To boost DKV Euro Service’s LinkedIn account Jibe! Group created the ‘’In the Spotlight’’ customer video series.
Over the course of 2019, we visited 10 of DKV’s customers in the Netherlands and Belgium to capture stories of how they run their daily business and how they think the services and products of DKV supports them in problems they face. Customer video’s increase the value of the message as you get to hear the success story of the product or service instead of the sales story.
Jibe! Group executed the entire process, from planning the visits to the content preparations for the interview. To ensure an optimised ROI we promoted the video’s via a LinkedIn paid campaign, to reach similar audiences and attract new customers. All results were shared with DKV in one clear data dashboard.
