Workday - Workday Journey XL (BE + NL)

Satisfying exhibitors by providing them with newest technology for lead scanning

Jibe! Group offers Workday marketing and event management services, ranging from copywriting to support for large and small events in the Benelux. We had again the honour and the pleasure to organise the two largest Workday events of the year. The Workday Journey XL Belgium was held at the BluePoint in Antwerp and the Workday Journey XL was held at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

After assisting in finding the perfect venues for more than 200 people, we coordinated the planning and execution of the exhibition floor – including all design, branding and creation of the partner stands. Moreover, Jibe! Group took care of the name badges and the registration procedure during both events. The name badges were printed with an unique barcode which could be scanned by our lead scanners. Each exhibiting partner was provided a lead scanner to track engagement and generate leads at their stands.

We look back at two very well succeeded events and already look forward to the next Workday Journey XLs.
