On the 6th of March we had the opportunity to organize an extraordinary event. On the eve of Salesforce’ annual World Tour event in Amsterdam, we hosted an executive dinner at the Van Gogh Museum.
The Van Gogh Museum opened its doors exclusively for Salesforce. Before dinner started, guests had the opportunity to walk through the museum and gaze at the Sunflowers and Cherry Blossom in complete serenity, without the usual crowd. Dinner took place in the new entrance area of the museum and was prepared by ** Michelin star chef Roy Eijkelkamp.
To fully benefit from this stunning venue, the table seating branding was based on pieces of art. Name tags, table numbers and menus all had different paintings on them, showing people where to find their seat. At the end of the evening, all guests received a copy of “Masterpieces at the Van Gogh Museum” to prolong the experience they had during the evening.
Jibe! Group truly acted as an extended part of the Salesforce marketing team as we also supported in creating and sending out the invites and processing registrations. With executive events like this, we always work together with our clients very closely. We plan weekly calls and often, in anticipation of the event, we work side by side with our contact at the clients office. Making decisions and planning ahead is so much easier this way!
