Workday - Workday Elevate Amsterdam
The Challenge
Workday Elevate Amsterdam is a flagship event that brings together finance, HR, and business leaders to explore the future of work. With over 400 professionals attending, the challenge was to create a full-day experience that combined inspiration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful connection, all while maintaining a strong and consistent Workday brand presence.
In addition, the event required the simultaneous delivery of two experiences: a large-scale main conference and an exclusive executive experience at Restaurant Lars. Both needed to feel distinct, premium, and seamlessly connected, without compromising flow, quality, or attention to detail.
Our Role
Jibe! Group supported Workday in bringing Workday Elevate Amsterdam to life through comprehensive event production and brand execution. Our role spanned both strategic and operational layers, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Our scope included:
-
Event branding and visual execution throughout the venue
-
Design and coordination of partner booths, ensuring clarity and brand alignment
-
Location sourcing and full event management for the main event
-
End-to-end organization of a parallel Executive Experience at Restaurant Lars
-
On-site coordination to ensure smooth flow between sessions, partners, and guests
By managing multiple experiences in parallel, we ensured a seamless and cohesive event journey for all audiences.
The Result
Workday Elevate Amsterdam welcomed over 400 professionals for a full day of fresh ideas, meaningful conversations, and forward-looking insights into finance, HR, and the future of work. The event delivered strong engagement, a clear brand presence, and a high-quality experience for both general attendees and executive guests.
This case highlights our ability to deliver complex, multi-layered events at scale — combining branding, partner activation, and executive hospitality into one cohesive experience. A true collaboration that resulted in an impactful and successful flagship event for Workday.
