Challenge
Supermicro sought to host an event that would not only showcase its latest technological advancements but also facilitate meaningful networking opportunities for industry leaders, partners, and (potential) customers. The goal was to create an environment where attendees could experience hands-on demonstrations, attend insightful sessions, and engage with Supermicro’s cutting-edge solutions.

Strategic Venue Selection: We secured a top-notch venue in Den Bosch, known for its accessibility and modern facilities. The venue offered the perfect balance of space and ambiance, accommodating over 500 guests with ease. The venue selection included an amazing space for the gala dinner for over 500 guests.
Seamless Technology Integration: Understanding the critical nature of the technical setup, Jibe Group worked closely with Supermicro’s IT team to ensure that all equipment, including servers and demo stations, were installed and tested well in advance. We provided high-speed internet connections, advanced AV systems, and on-site technical support to handle any issues promptly.
Customized Attendee Experience: To align with Supermicro’s brand, we designed the event with a focus on sustainability. This included eco-friendly materials for event branding, digital registration, and providing sustainable catering options.
