Workday - SAIL Hospitality Event

Workday 2

The Challenge
SAIL is one of Amsterdam’s most iconic events a moment when the city truly comes alive. With impressive tall ships, vibrant energy, and a unique atmosphere on the water, it offers a rare opportunity to connect people in a setting that goes far beyond a traditional business event.

For Workday, the challenge was to leverage SAIL 2025 as a meaningful relationship moment. The goal was not just to host guests, but to create an exclusive, high-end hospitality experience that would strengthen connections with key stakeholders in a personal, memorable, and authentic way, all within a dynamic and logistically complex environment.

Our Role
We designed and delivered an exclusive hospitality experience on board a private boat during the SAIL-in. Our role was to translate Workday’s brand values into an evening where connection, experience, and attention to detail were central.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Concept development for a premium SAIL hospitality experience

  • End-to-end event coordination and on-water logistics

  • Guest journey design, ensuring a seamless and intimate experience from arrival to departure

  • Styling and atmosphere creation on board, aligned with the Workday brand

  • Stakeholder coordination, including crew, catering, entertainment, and on-site hosts

By carefully orchestrating every touchpoint, we ensured an effortless experience where guests could fully focus on meaningful conversations and shared moments.

The Result
The evening became an inspiring and memorable experience where the power of connection truly took center stage. Against the breathtaking backdrop of SAIL and the city of Amsterdam, Workday guests enjoyed an exclusive setting that encouraged genuine interaction and strengthened relationships.

This case perfectly illustrates our belief that real impact happens when brands and people meet in an environment that surprises and connects. SAIL 2025 proved to be the ideal stage for Workday to create lasting impressions  not through content alone, but through experience.
