The challenge

Miro is a global platform for visual collaboration. For their Benelux operations, they needed a local partner who could act as an extension of their marketing team—hands-on, flexible, and familiar with the brand. Someone who could step in quickly and help keep things running smoothly.

Our role

We support Miro’s Benelux marketing manager on an ongoing basis—sometimes on larger campaigns or events, other times on recurring day-to-day tasks. Our work includes:

  • Building landing pages

  • Writing and sending invitations

  • Setting up and managing online campaigns

  • Structuring and building Miro boards

  • Organising executive events like roundtables and C-level dinners

  • Providing full support for their annual flagship event, ‘Canvas’

  • Coordinating webinars, including campaign setup and follow-up

We work closely with the team, respond quickly, and handle both strategy and execution as needed.

The result

Our support helps Miro move faster without compromising on quality , act as one of their own employees. Campaigns and events go live sooner, the team has more breathing room, and there’s more focus on strategic priorities. We help keep momentum high and ensure consistent output.
