Jibe! Group had the pleasure to partner with Salesforce for another year to help host their exclusive executive event at the Dutch Grand Prix 2024 in Zandvoort on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of August. The primary objective was to create a memorable and engaging experience that highlighted Salesforce’s brand values of innovation, connection, and excitement. Through meticulous planning and creative execution, the event showcased a unique blend of world-class motorsport, premium hospitality, and strategic networking opportunities, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees. 

Detailed Description: 

Goals: 

  1. Provide an unforgettable experience for Salesforce’s invited guests, fostering deeper client relationships. 
  1. Showcase Salesforce’s commitment to offering unique, high-value experiences. 
  1. Drive brand engagement and awareness by leveraging the high-profile Dutch Grand Prix. 
  1. Host a lovely, cozy, and exclusive breakfast at Bernie’s Beachclub to set the tone for the day. 

Scope of Work: 

Our responsibilities included event ideation, campaign management, planning, and execution. We managed all elements from invitations to on-site guest experiences, ensuring the event aligned seamlessly with Salesforce’s brand identity. Our campaign management resulted in 98% attendance. 

To elevate the experience, we included thoughtful touches by providing each attendee a Salesforce-branded F1 cap as a memorable souvenir, along with ear plugs and sustainable ponchos to ensure a comfortable experience despite the energetic atmosphere
