From founder led delivery to structured operational leadership
Jibe! Group appoints Eva van Diemen as Operations Director
In March 2020, Jibe! Group appointed Eva van Diemen as Operations Director to support the company’s continued growth across the Dutch and European IT and software sector. The appointment marks an important moment in the development of the organisation.
As Jibe! Group expanded in scope, team size and international delivery, it became clear that the next phase required a stronger operational structure. At the same time, personal circumstances led founder Jolanda Prins to reconsider her day to day leadership role.
“Growth brings new challenges,” says Jolanda Prins. “As Michael Gerber describes in The E-Myth Revisited, many businesses are founded on expertise. The founder builds the company around what they are good at. But scaling an organisation requires a different focus. Less hands on execution. More leadership, structure and operational management.”
Eva van Diemen, who had been with the company for nearly six years and most recently served as Senior Project Manager, stepped into the role of Operations Director. She had already been leading complex international programmes for clients such as Salesforce, Supermicro and the Dutch Ministry of Defence, acting as a strategic partner while overseeing execution.
Strengthening growth
“I have full confidence in Eva,” Jolanda adds. “She understands our clients, our team and the level of quality we stand for. This step allows the organisation to mature while I remain involved from my own strength: creative strategy, copy and client advisory.”
The transition reflects Jibe! Group’s commitment to sustainable growth, professional leadership and long term partnerships within the technology sector.
