On the 14th of June we had the honour to organise Salesforce Basecamp in Aula Magna, Louvain la Neuve, Belgium.
Basecamp provides Salesforce customers and prospects the unique opportunity to share experiences with major brands, Salesforce partners and product experts about transforming business and customer relationships. For Salesforce this event increases brand awareness and deepens relationships with customers and prospects in the Benelux.
At this event we transformed Aula Magma into a Salesforce National Park, complete with picnic areas and campgrounds in the forest. In the demo theatre, with silent disco sessions, attendees learned how technology can empower companies to connect with customers in whole new ways. A true experience was the Connected City, a city built from Lego, including the Manneken Pis and the Atomium.
Jibe! Group was responsible for the A-Z event management for this event, from venue selection to budget management, from technical production to the exhibition and visual event branding.
