We support companies with their visual event branding for years now. Visual branding is of great importance to turn an event into an experience and increase brand impact. As a company you want to be seen and stand out .However, with an increased focus on corporate social responsibility , including sustainability it’s important to create sustainable visual branding. Jibe! Group therefore prefers to use materials that do not contain PVC for visual branding.. With the increased focus on sustainably from corporate our customers do want to create green events, but they are not always aware of the green alternatives when it comes to event branding. We support them with this challenge to  literally give sustainability a face.

An example of sustainable event branding are reusable aluminium frames (also known as slimframes or texframes) with textile cloths instead of the old-fashioned roll-up banners with print surfaces that contain PVC. In addition to this, these rollup banners are also very fragile, which makes that the banners are often thrown away after being used once. The advantage of using textile cloths is that you can easily fold the prints up into small packages, without damage. As a result, you need less space for transport. This is not only more efficient, it also saves CO2 emissions.

A nice side effect of using textile fabrics is that you can upcycle them. Use them after the event to make bags, suitcase labels or laptop covers. This way the material gets a second life whilst you create a nice giveaway for customers or employees, with a wink to sustainability.

But visual branding goes further than just a banner in a frame at an event. Creating an event with brand impact starts with an invitation cycle that really stands out and a strategy whereby you ensure that every time your brand comes into the picture with the invitee the branding is consistent and strong. And the power of branding is in the repetition, because that leads to recognition.

You want to turn your event into a brand experience. That also means using creativity to surprise your attendees. For this we have, amongst others, developed the virtual CEO. For thisconcept we work with Ultra thin LED walls where, for example, your CEO is used as a virtual host - instead of boring roll-up up banners used as directional signage. The virtual CEO welcomes the guests and shows them the way to the right room. Very dynamic! You create an experience that guests will talk about and not easily forget. After all, an image says more than a thousand words.

And of course, your event branding does not stop withthe event. At the end of an event many companies provide their guests with a goodybag. For this we work with durable "paper" bags made from recycled jeans. This sounds strange, but we have them in various colours and it looks like real paper. Of course they are printed with any branding required.. and should there be a giveaway in the goody bag? We have enough original ideas!

In short: Do you also want to stand out with your event? Then contact us quickly. We are happy to help you to make the difference!
