TANDBERG Day of Natural Communication 2008
On June 25th of 2008 the second edition of the TANDBERG Day of Natural Communication took place, a yearly event in which TANDBERG takes the opportunity to thank its business partners for all their hard work over the past year, to introduce the latest innovations and to incite them to do more good work.
After gliding over the Dutch Veluwe in a hot-air balloon in 2007, in 2008 it was time for a bit more Power! And so the day was fittingly dubbed Balance of Power.
After several presentations and lunch on a beautiful estate in the south of Holland, the entire company of around 70 people left for a lodge on the edge of the river Maas. Here they spent the afternoon competing against each other in several events. They raced each other at 100km/h in RIB boats, pulled team mates over muddy pools to lift each other with an original wench from a sunken truck and raced tracktors. Coming back al happy, albeit sometimes muddy, the winning teams were awarded and champagne flowed generously. The day ended with a cocktail reception with snacks to a backdrop of the sun setting in the Maas.
