Why not let Jibe! Destination Management support you with the staffing of your event? In the Netherlands, English is spoken fluently, and most people speak a 3^rdor 4^thlanguage. From within our own team, we can provide you with experienced and enthusiastic event managers, registration desk managers, transportation managers and technical production managers. In addition to staff from the Jibe! team, we have build a very loyal, professional team of hostesses (we like to call them hospitality representatives). This team is well-trained and has supported us, with the highest levels of professionalism, at many events in the past years. Everyone from the team will act and behave as ‘your’ extended team, we will personally ensure they are aware of every element of your meeting, so that they can answer any questions they might get. Of course, the event staff will be dressed appropriately, either in the Jibe! hospitality representative outfits or in the outfits you require for event staff. And yes, of course will every member of the staff be equipped with cell phones and where possible with radio’s, to that communications will be top-notch.

• Registration & Information Desk staffing
  • Friendly, efficient and multi-lingual staff, overseen by either a Jibe! project manager or by a project manager from your team.
• Event Managers    
  • You cannot be everywhere. Therefore, Jibe! can provide you with experienced event managers, who can oversee specific elements of your meeting.
• Technical Production Staff & Management
  • Jibe! can provide you with a complete, well-trained technical production team, who have experience in working with international clients. Overseen by our Technical Production Manager, or by your own Technical Production Manager, this team can build a great production. They will welcome the speakers, make them comfortable with the available equipment, dry-run the presentations and ensure everything runs smoothly on the technical side.
• Meet & Greet / Transportation Manager
  • Your guests will be welcomed to the Netherlands with a smile. Our Meet & Greet staff has great communication and customer service skills, and will have in-depth knowledge about every aspect of your event (we will ensure that!) so that they can answer every question your guest might have. Your own project manager from Jibe! will in most cases work as transportation manager, oversee last minute requests, handle exceptions, delays and possible problems that might occur.
• Room monitors
  • Meetings with different break-out sessions might require room monitors to ensure the agenda is kept. Jibe! can provide you with experienced room monitors, who will check the speaker is comfortable to start,  ensure the room is kept clean, answer questions from attendees, and most importantly, try to ensure the sessions adhere to their scheduled times by discreetly letting the speaker know what the remaining time in his slot is, by using 5-minute signs et cetera. We can provide you with experienced room monitors, room monitor briefings and of course the necessary signage.
• Experienced guides
  • If required we can arrange for experienced guides, for example to travel together with your guests from the airport to their final destination or during tours. We can also arrange walking tours, bicycle tours and city tours to match your program.
• Translation & Interpreter Services
  • Let us take care of your translation & interpretation requirements, if any.

As part of our code of conduct, whenever you engage with Jibe! Destination Management, we will ensure your own  project manager will be available discreetly in the background, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Naturally, the same project manager will be available 24/7 in the days leading to your event as well as during your event.
