Our team at Jibe! Marketing can copy write, produce and print daily digests. Our team at Jibe! Destination Management will take care of room distribution or delivery onsite.

Digital Photography Services

We work with a great company who can provide any type of digital photography. We can also provide you with options to make photographs on-site, and print and frame them the same day. Your guests can collect their own frame at the conference venue. It is also possible to customize these prints with for example the event logo.

Hospitality and Registration Staff

Creative support, artwork and (local) printing

Our team at Jibe! Marketing can support you with artwork and local printing of banners, brochures, agenda’s, CD’s, flags et cetera. Just ask us for a quotation, it might be cheaper to print locally.

AV/Technical Production Staff, Management and Equipment

Our own technical manager is more than happy to support you with the sourcing of technical equipment. We also can provide you with a complete team, who take care of the AV/technical production from A to Z, from taking care of the speakers to providing state-of-the-art shows. Meet and Greet Services

Let us take care of the Meet & Greet Services at any of the airports and train stations, in the Netherlands but also in Belgium and Germany if required. Our team is professional, well-equipped and of course we can take care of any arrangements that might be necessary with the airports as well.

Based upon the type of guests, the available budgets and the available timeslots we can build custom tours and excursions and creative guest events. We can take care of pre & post convention tours, both in the Netherlands as abroad.
