The Frisian Islands, also known as the Wadden Islands or Wadden Sea Islands, form an archipelago at the eastern edge of the North Sea in north-western Europe, stretching from the north-west of the Netherlands through Germany to the west of Denmark. The islands shield the mudflat region of the Wadden Sea (large parts of which fall dry during low tide) from the North Sea. Most of the Frisian Islands are protected areas, and an international wildlife nature reserve is being coordinated between the countries of Netherlands, Germany and Denmark.

From the moment you board your ship, RIB or tender at Harlingen harbour, the adventure starts. Your guests will soon leave all their business stress at the dock and they will be on their way to one of the most beautiful Frisian Islands; Vlieland. Vlieland is a peaceful island with a lot of space and very much suited for discreet, away from it all, executive business meetings. Less than 1150 habitants live on this beautiful island. Vlieland is 22 kilometer long and does sometimes not even have a width of 700 meter. Your guest will enter a completely different world only 2 hours (including transfer time on the water) from Schiphol Airport. An intimate island where the small but cosy village Oost-Vlieland is the centre of the island. Around the village you will find nothing but the beautiful forests and beaches. Vlieland is a peaceful place on this restless earth. A place were everyone feels at home right away. There are still some paradises left on this earth.

2. Transportation to Harlingen (75 minutes from Schiphol)
3. Boat transfer on private Tender to Vlieland (45 minutes)
4. Taxi transfer to hotel (5 minutes)
5. Private Diner in the ‘Poor Mens House’

Day 2:

1. Meeting in executive lounge of Beachhotel Seeduyn
2. In the afternoon activity program: Hummer RIB experience
3. Private Barbeque in garden of hotel De Wadden

Day 3:

1. Breakfast
2. Meeting in the morning
3. Afternoon: return to Schiphol via private Tender and luxury cars
4. Estimated arrival at Schiphol: 4 PM
