>1000 attendees

• Van Nelle Ontwerpfabriek. Declared a national monument in 1983, now included on the UNESCO World Heritage list  this former factory is already impressive before you have even entered. The outside is monumental, but the inside is modern and innovative. In the old tobacco factory you can still faintly smell the exotic aroma of the tobacco. The ‘Fabriek’ is divided into a number of multifunctional areas. The Tearoom, where the former board of the tobacco factory used to have their afternoon tea is extremely suitable for a VIP dinner, whilst the Koffiefabriek is suitable for conferences up to 200 persons. The Tobacco halls are suitable for conferences and parties from 200  to 4000 persons.
• De Doelen. This is the concert building of Rotterdam. Excellent city centre venue for up to 3.000 attendees.
• WTC Rotterdam. The World Trade Centre Rotterdam offers a large diversity of meeting rooms, suitable for small and large meetings.
• Luxor Theater. The New Luxor Theatre is located on the banks of the Maas River. Architecturally very impressive, suitable for events up to 1500 attendees. Beautiful water views!
• Cruise Terminal. Stunning location on the banks of the river Maas. The Cruise Terminal is a unique and industrial venue. Perfect for conferences and dinners from 100 up to 1.500 attendees.
• Maassilo. Located at the Maas port of Rotterdam. This venue used to be a grain warehouse. Perfect for conferences, dinners, presentations and workshops suited from 100 up to 6.000 attendees.)
• Post Office Coolsingel. Post Rotterdam is a former post office located on Coolsingel, in the middle of the bustling heart of Rotterdam. With an incredibly striking entry hall with a soaring ceiling 22.5 meters high, this monument can be hired as an exclusive events location for groups up to 1.500 attendees.

>500 attendees

• Rotterdamse Schouwburg.  This  theatre is used daily for all kind of performing arts. The main room has a capacity of 894 pax in theatre style.
• Hulstkampgebouw. One of the 458 monuments of Rotterdam, the Hulstkampgebouw dates from 1893 and is located at the river Maas. This building used to be a Gin Distillery. The venue five impressive rooms, beautiful gardens, a brown café and a distiller museum. Perfect for tradeshows, conferences, and dinners for groups for up to 880 attendees.

>200 attendees

• Kunsthal. An inspiring environment to brainstorm, meet or raise your glass after a full conference day.  
• N.A.I.The Dutch Architecture Institute is a museum for modern architecture. The N.A.I. offers and auditorium, break-out rooms and a foyer. Suitable for 300 attendees. Your meeting, cocktail reception or dinner can be perfectly combined with a tour through the museum.

• The Wereldmuseum is situated in the stately Shipping Quarter, on the banks of the Muese river. The building was once the Yacht Club of Prince Hendrik. Besides its exhibition rooms, the museum has four halls that can be used for a wide range dinners, receptions, lectures, company events and weddings. Groups of between 8 and 450 persons can be accommodated. On the first floor of the museum is Prince Hendrik's former ballroom. With its wonderful view over the Muese river, the ballroom has been fully restored to its original style. The ceiling is six metres high. The latest equipment makes anything possible in terms of sound, images and light. LED spotlights can light the room in any number of colour combinations. The ballroom has a capacity for up to 350 people and you can decide how you wish to decorate this lovely room. The Salon, situated next to the Ballroom, is in the same classical style. Original gold ornaments, the six-metre-high ceiling, and the wood floor all recall the grandeur of the old glory days. Like the Ballroom, the Salon is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and can be set up and decorated to your personal taste.

>100 attendees

• Euromast. Meet at 100 meters above the ground in the Euromast, one of Rotterdam’s main tourist attractions and with its 186 meter, the highest tower in The Netherlands open to the public. The venue is suitable for receptions up to 300 attendees.
• Las Palmas. A seafood restaurant founded by Herman Den Blijker, the famous Dutch TV-chef. Excellent seafood and very recommended for lunches or dinners.
