• MECC Maastricht. Multifunctional auditorium, over 25 meeting rooms, room for max 3.000 people theatre style. Excellent location, next to hotels and directly accessible from the motorway.
• L'Empereur Amrath Hotel. Centrally located in Maastricht, with various accommodations and rooms available. Their wide range of meeting accommodation allows offering groups from 8 up to 1.250 people exactly what they need: space, peace and comfort.

 >200 attendees

• Altembrouck Estate. Just outside Maastricht in Belgium. Unique and historical location, surrounded by large forest. Suitable for up to 200 persons in reception style.
• Management School Maastricht. Multifunctional auditorium for max 260 persons, several lecture rooms, in close distance to the MECC Maastricht.
• Crowne Plaza Maastricht. Large conference hotel, that can accommodate up to 400 people in theatre style, several break out rooms and hotel rooms directly in the facility.
• Vaeshartelt Castle. Unique location, a castle, which is used as conference location and can accommodate up to 280 people. In total there are 22 meeting rooms.
• La Bonbonnerie. Also a unique location for parties and conferences. It has 4 rooms, largest room can accommodate up to 325 persons in theatre style. Also suitable for galas, receptions and dinners.
• La Cavernede Geulhem. Parties, dinners, meetings and presentations, held in a stylish ambiance 30 metres below ground. This cave has 4 separate spaces and is suitable for up to 230 persons.
• Derlon Hotel. With its modern lobby, "Zes" restaurant and trendy champagne & cocktail bar, Derlon is certainly contemporary. A perfect location for small get-togethers. The Derlon can accommodate up to 180 persons in reception style.
• Chateau St. Gerlach. Famous historical location in Maastricht. Has 6 exclusively decorated rooms for up to 250 persons. Has also a Spa and Wellness centre, hotel rooms and an exclusive restaurant.
• Chateau Neercanne. Historical location with unique view over the baroque gardens and the valley with the sparkling Jeker River. Total of 5 separate rooms, can all be combined, for a maximum of 150 people. Large gardens suitable for reception. Banqueting facilities for up to 1000 people,

• Slot Pietersheim. Historical location with 3 separate rooms. Suitable for smaller conferences, seminars, receptions and gala dinners. Location can accommodate up to 100 persons.
• XYZ. Eden Designhotel Maastricht has a special product for meetings. A 350 m²  room with a maximum capacity of 49 people, is unique due to the natural light, and the industrial design is in a class of its own. 
• The BBox. Part of Hotel Beaumont and an exceptional new approach to meetings focussing on brainstorming, high tech facilities and privacy from outside interruptions. Its maximum capacity is 20 people.
